I know I've posted in my blog about me doing Insanity and for those of you who have never tried it or never heard of it I wanted to go into more detail about it! First of all its a 60 day program. You work out 6 days a week for 2 months. I do Monday-Saturday and take Sunday off. For me its been a lot effective to get up early and knock it out of the way and then drink my shakeology since I KNOW breakfast is the most important meal and half of the time I'm way to lazy to cook anything healthy. Insanity comes with 10 different workout dvds so its constantly changing things up and I don't get bored with it. Unlike when I went to the gym I would just get on the same cardio machine every time and it got so boring! My coach talks with me pretty much every day to keep me motivated. She often will call me to wake me up or even skype with me if I'm lacking motivation. I love the feeling I have after I do Insanity! The first couple weeks I was having the press the pause button to catch my breath but each day I get better and better and I'm feeling so much stronger and I'm losing weight and FEELING amazing. Today I did plyometic cardio circuit and as usual it kicked my butt! I was definitely going in slow motion towards the end but it didn't even matter I pushed through until I finished it:) I have a hard time with the push ups but I can definitely tell I'm improved since day 1.
