I will NEVER regret working out

This morning I woke up at 3am again to get my workout done! I REALLY wanted to pretty the snooze button and just sleep until 4:30 but then that voice came in my head "Jessica, will you REALLY workout after you get off work?" NOPE, I wouldn't. So I decided to get butt out of bed and start my workout. Once I actually started I was fine and it woke me right up. NEVER have I ever said "man, i regret gettting up to workout". So why question yourself? You will thank yourself in the long run. You will ALWAYS regret NOT working out but you will neve regre working out :)


I'm going to try to post some recipes once in a while! Sweet Potatoes & Zucchini. Cut into cubes and rinse in water. Then put in a bowl and add a little sea salt, garlic & parsley. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 min. Really good!

  • Fiber. Flaxseed contains both the soluble and insoluble types.
I buy flaxseed in bulk from sprouts and throw it in my coffee grinder because you get more benefits from it when its gound up! Then i throw it in my shakeology, rolled oas or even food I cook :)
